LOCAL CURRENCY

The local currency is the South African Rand (R1=100 cents), which exchanges favorably with major international currencies. Take note that currency can be exchanged at banks, forex bureaus, and at certain hotels. Foreign tourists can have their VAT (value-added tax at 15%) refunded at the point of departure, provided they present their original tax invoices.

In addition, most major international credit cards such as American Express, Diners Club,

MasterCard and Visa are widely accepted.

What our clients say...

A very scenic hunting area, which offers many different game species. The Professional Hunters (PH) know the area very well and the used spot and stalk technic most often resulted in taking the sought after animal. The accomodation is simple but full of charme. The food was exceptional.
I would definately hunt again with Owen and Noboya Safaris.
